I spent years on the venue side of events: first as an events manager at an Australian venue, then four years running marketing for private event venues across Australia, the US and Canada. The same problem showed up everywhere. Function enquiries sat in inboxes and follow ups slipped. So I built Function Desk, a sales CRM for function and event venues with an AI agent that answers enquiries from the venue's own inbox. I also run Latent Systems, building AI systems for businesses.
